Welcome to labellafloralsupply.com (the "Site"). La Bella Floral Supply is a brand of Concord Wholesale, Inc. ("Concord Wholesale," "we," "us," or "our"), a wholesale distribution company headquartered in Vernon, California. The Site is owned and operated by Concord Wholesale, Inc.

By accessing or using this Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

3. Wholesale Accounts and Orders

The Site is intended for florists, retailers, event professionals, and other businesses purchasing for resale or business use. We may require a wholesale account application and a valid reseller certificate before accepting orders. All orders are subject to our acceptance and to the order minimum, shipping, and return terms described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Products are sold by Concord Wholesale, Inc., and all orders are invoiced by Concord Wholesale, Inc.

4. Pricing, Product Information, and Errors

We work to display accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices, but errors may occur. All product information and pricing is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, whether or not the order has been confirmed or your payment has been charged. If your payment has already been charged for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
